It's the day after Thanksgiving, you probably overate the night before and might think of skipping breakfest, Well don't! This will only set you up to make poor choices at the food courts later.

Try packing healthy, energizing snacks to take with you. This is a great way to avoid processed temptations while you're shopping.

The stresses of Thanksgiving will have your muscles tense, try doing some yoga to help you relieve some of that stress.

It's important to get enough sleep the night before, running around and shopping requires a lot of energy so make sure you get plenty of sleep!

Wear comfortable shoes!
