Some activities that you can take part of include running, walking, hiking and playing a sport. These are good for improving your cardiovascular health and combat many health problems. We have created a few helpful tips that will come in handy while you are outdoors.

Sunscreen – Make sure to wear sunscreen with at least 25 SPF if you are going to be in the sun for an extended period of time. This will protect you against the harmful ultra-violet light and prevent sunburn.

Protective footwear – Since you will be outdoors, make sure you have running sneakers, boots, or comfortable closed-toed shoes.

Ticks – Ticks can be an issue if you will be in a wooded area. Make sure cover up as much of your skin as possible and use bug spray. Tick bites can potential be dangerous.
