Suffering from muscle soreness?

An extremely common side effect to working out is delayed-onset muscle soreness, or DOMS. This is due to tiny tears in your muscles after you complete an exercise or movement. Some believe that soreness is due to the buildup of lactic acid in your muscles, but this is just a myth. We want to give you a few tips that can possibly aid you in recovering from muscle soreness quicker. Remember though, soreness is a natural effect of exercise and a sign muscles are benefiting from all that hard work.
