Field Hockey is a rigorous sporting activity that requires a tremendous amount of arm, leg and core activity. The intense nature of the sport requires a large amount of conditioning for healthy individuals and those who have suffered from an injury. Repetitive strain to muscles, tendons and joints is also a very common injury that can occur.
