Wrestling is a rigorous sporting activity that requires a tremendous amount of strength and flexibility for the arms, legs and core. The intense nature of the sport requires a large amount of conditioning for healthy individuals and those who have suffered from an injury. Repetitive strain to muscles, tendons and joints is also a very common injury that can occur. Any injury is possible when you are active but here is a list of some common injuries that may be affecting you.
